At InkPanther, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. If, however, you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
· You may request a return or exchange if:
· You received a damaged product.
· You received a defective product.
· You received the wrong product or size than what was ordered.
· The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
· Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
· Be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
· Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of use.
· Be accompanied by proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice).
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
· Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
· Products returned after 3 days from the date of delivery.
· Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
· Items purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged or defective).
· Minor color variations caused by screen settings or photography.
· Incorrect size selected by the customer after referring to the size chart (unless a size exchange is specifically offered).
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
· Contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order.
· Share your:
· Order ID
· Registered email address or mobile number
· Reason for the return
· Clear photos or videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
· Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days.
· Once approved, return instructions will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
4. Size Exchange
· We offer one-time size exchange subject to stock availability.
· Conditions:
· Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
· Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
· If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit (where applicable).
· Reverse shipping charges for size exchanges may apply unless the error was on our part.
5. Refund Policy
· Refunds are applicable only if:
· The product is unavailable for replacement.
· A damaged or defective product cannot be replaced.
· An incorrect item was delivered and a replacement is unavailable.
· The order is cancelled by InkPanther before shipment.
· For the product bought on discount, you will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.
· The refund will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes the quality inspection.
· Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
6. Order Cancellation
· Orders may be cancelled:
· Before they are shipped.
· Before the tracking ID is generated.
· Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return if it meets the eligibility criteria.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
· If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
· Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
· Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
· Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
Our mistake (wrong product, damaged item, manufacturing defect): InkPanther will bear the return shipping cost.
Customer-requested size exchange or other eligible reasons: The customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges, unless otherwise communicated.
9. Quality Inspection
All returned products undergo a quality inspection before any refund, replacement, or exchange is approved. InkPanther reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

11. Non-Refund Policy
· All purchases made during festival sales, promotional events, or pop-up stalls are strictly non-refundable.
· This policy applies to both online and offline purchases made during such events.
12. No Cash on Delivery Policy
At InkPanther, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

Why We Don't Offer COD
To ensure faster order processing, reduce fraudulent orders, and provide a seamless shopping experience, all orders must be prepaid before they are processed and shipped.
